Rosemary, Rosmarinus Officinalis, is a perennial herb, a woody perennial herb that has valuable fragrance. Its leaves present in needle-like shapes of evergreen leaves, with white, pink, purple, or blue flowers. It is native to the Mediterranean region and is a member of a plant family called the mint. Apart from this fact, the Rosemary tastes great in culinary dishes, such as rosemary chicken and lamb and experts have proved that is full of good calcium and vitamin B-6. Most times it is prepared as a whole dried herb or a dried powdered extract. Good tasty teas are also made from Rosemary leaves, fresh or dried.
